Student Discipline & Conduct

Jamia aims to create an environment that is supportive and mutually respectful. All students are expected to be courteous and considerate towards staff and peers. Man of our residential students will share bedrooms with several others and there is a need for mutual understanding.

Although there are various codes of conduct to which students are expected to adhere, Jamia expects each student to consider the needs and rights of others and the consequences of their actions.

Jamia does not tolerate bullying nor harassment of others and considers the welfare of students as paramount. Irresponsible behavior that leads to the damage of Jamia property, or that of others, is similarly intolerable.

Students who do not adhere to the disciplinary code of Jamia will face disciplinary sanctions, leading ultimately to exclusion.
