Facilities Laundry
There are Self catering laundry facilities for
students who may wish to use them. Currently,
there are facilities on site for playing football, volley ball,
snooker, pool and table tennis. There is also a small gym. Jamia has two computer
suites that provide students with access to software and the world
wide web for educational and research purposes. The Computer Room
has 45 PCs running a wide variety of software, ranging from general
'office' type applications to course specific software
(Transliteration, Econometrics, etc). Students and staff
of the Institute benefit from the on site library, library which
contains over 25,000 books. There is on site Prayer Hall for students, staff and visitors, open 24 hours a day. An ablution area is conveniently located. The Prayer Hall can accommodate approximately 2000 people. Jummah & Eid Khuttbas are conducted by students & staff.
